FIREBRANDS (The Youth Ministry of FGA Centre)
YOUTH MISSION EXPOSURE - SARAWAK
Eight people from the fireBRANDS will be taking a trip to Lawas Sarawak from 7 – 13 June. Our main objective for this trip is to learn from experiencing a culture that is unfamiliar to us. And also be a blessing to the people that God brings into our path. Our second objective is to apply all that we have learned in fireBRANDS and the knowledge we have about God through verbal and creative ways.
The team that will be going is Pr. Victor & Rama Lim (Outreach Leaders), Joyce Lim, Tricia Yeoh, Sharon Leow, Tania Loke, Sarah Wong & Lim Jin Ji.
Needs We are looking for people that will partner with us in this trip. We need:
1. Prayer Warriors (People that can pray for us for the entire trip 2. RM 5600 J (Flight tickets, food & accommodation for the whole team).

Introducing: KINGDOM ENCOUNTER PROGRAM This will take you a step deeper in understanding, exploring and experiencing mission work to the community within and beyond the borders. If you have attended CLASS 401 – Discovering My Life Mission then you can register for this program to complete the World Christian Discipleship process.
The Kingdom Program has THREE COMPONENTS:
1. Operation Worldview. The participant attends a four-hour seminar covering four areas (1) Biblical – What Is The Story Above All Stories? (2) Historical – What Does it Means, the Kingdom Strike Back? (3) Cultural - What is the Romance of the Universe? and (4) Strategic – What is Your Destiny in God’s Story?
2. Operation Outreach. This is not just a cognitive learning about mission BUT comes with a practical task. It is important that we put to practice what we have learned in the classroom. At the end of the seminar the earlier week you would be asked to sign up one of the three options of involvement in missions. The three options are:
OPTION 1: MISSIONS EXPOSURE: The participant joins a short-mission trip organized by the Church.
OPTION 2: COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: The participant is encouraged to commit to a short community work in Penang.
OPTION 3: LOVE THE MIGRANTS (CCM): The participant is encouraged to be involved with the Cross-Cultural Ministry.
3. Post-Kingdom Encounter. The participant is encouraged to attend World Christian Gathering, a platform for world Christian community to fellowship, to listen to kingdom report, and to further invest in kingdom business.
